3 Anti Aging Vitamins And Why You Need Them

There are two ways to get in your daily dose of anti aging vitaminssupplement form and foods.

The big questions are what vitamins are anti aging and what do they do for you.

The primary anti aging vitamins are vitamin D, vitamin C and vitamin E. Here’s a doctor’s tip: Over the years, I’ve found that having ample amounts of vitamin D, vitamin C, and vitamin E go a long way in refreshing my stamina and even refreshing how I look.

After making sure my own vitamin D levels are adequate, the key is to keep levels up for the next six months. If I notice that I’m feeling more fatigued than usual, that’s the time I go for a big dose of anti aging vitamins for three days straight.

Research studies show that many people are at risk of vitamin D deficiency. For example, those who have darker skin won’t absorb vitamin D from the sun’s rays as well as ones with lighter skin. And those with lighter skin may simply never get enough sunshine in a day so they end up with a vitamin D deficiency. Those who have kidney disease, liver disease, intestinal problems, malabsorption, and even skin disorders are at risk of deficiency. Those who are bedridden also are at risk.

A vitamin D deficiency helps speed up mortality from any disease, according to researchers today. For example, at the Divisions of Clinical Epidemiology and Aging Research and Preventive Oncology at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg, Germany, researchers found that those with a vitamin D deficiency had a 2.5 times higher risk of mortality from respiratory disease.

There was a 1.42 times higher risk from dying from cancer with a vitamin D deficiency and 1.39 times higher risk from cardiovascular disease with deficiency. Overall, the risk was 1.71 times higher than those without a deficiency.

Thus, if you want to live a longer life, it’s important to ensure that your vitamin D levels are adequate. The reference range on the vitamin D test is 30 to 100 ng/ml; aim for a level of at least 55 to 60 ng/ml.
