The article suggests that you mix apple cider vinegar with water in a ratio of one part vinegar to four parts water. Soak your feet in the mixture for 30 minutes and then dry them carefully. Apply colloidal silver and make sure you get it all over the foot and in between the toes. This will effectively kill the fungus and keep your feet well moisturized.
