Herbal Pain Reliever

Aspirin was originally produced using plants. You may make your own pain reliever using plants. They are as effective as aspirin and other over-the-counter pain relievers. Unlike over-the-counter remedies, herbal pain relievers are less likely to cause side effects, such as gastrointestinal distress.

Did you know that you can make your own herbal capsules at home? You will save a tremendous amount of money over commercially available capsules. You will be able to create custom blended capsules which meet your specific needs.

Vegetarian capsules are available. Obtain the herbs from an herb store. One ounce of each herb will make many capsules. Inexpensive, easy-to-use capsule making equipment is available from herb shops and online stores.

The following recipe contains cramp bark. Cramp bark relaxes and comforts smooth muscle. Willow bark is one of the original sources that were used to produce aspirin. Skullcap relaxes and reduces pain. Turmeric relieves pain and relieves inflammation. Ginger is an activator which helps the other herbs work optimally. It has pain relieving properties too.
