2. Then consume 80 oz of water, plus pure, fresh fruit and vegetable juices and herbal tea for three days

3. Follow the three day juice fast by only eating raw fruits and veggies for 2 days.

It’s best to consume fresh lemon juice and water, or a combination of apple, carrot, celery and beet juices (include the leafy tops!). If you feel you must eat something, a little applesauce or vegetable broth is ok. Just don’t scarf down a huge burger during a moment of weakness or once the fast is over as it will have harsh effects on your digestion at this point. Ease back into eating solid foods slowly.

Once you have completed the juice fast, be sure to include at least 50% raw foods in your diet for at least 3 to 5 days, while taking supplements or using other colon cleanse methods.
