Part 4 – Healthy physical appearance
• Hair is smooth, glossy and / or shiny; firmly attached to scalp; does not lack sheen or shine, and is not dry or dull
• Eyes are bright and clear; membranes, which can be seen when the lower lid is pulled down, should be whitish pink and moist; membranes lining the eyes should not be pale, purple or dark red
• Gums are healthy and firm; mucous membranes of the mouth are healthy and reddish pink; mucous membranes lining the gums should not be pale, purple or dark red
• Tongue is reddish pink; should not be coated
• Nails are firm and pink; should not be brittle or rigid
• Skin should be smooth and elastic; should be of a healthy color, and not be pale or lacking in color
• Overall, the person should look like he or she is glowing with radiant good health
Part 5 – Non-physical aspects — possess most or all of the following mental, emotional, spiritual and social elements
• Full of life
• Wish to seek new challenges
• Able to adapt to changing conditions
