Subacromial Bursitis – The Key Is To Decrease Inflammation

Another step to take is to increase the consumption of omega 3 fats in the diet. These are natural fighters against inflammation. Simultaneously, decrease the consumption of omega 6 fats that increase inflammation. These are the fats such as margarine, seed oils (vegetable oil, canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, and blends).

You Must Decrease Inflammation To Facilitate Recovery

Pumpkin has been known to have anti-inflammatory actions. I discovered this by accident when a friend of mine had developed a natural pumpkin product that was used for wrinkles.

One night mysteriously, one of my breasts became inflamed and very painful and not coming up with any other alternative, I spread the pumpkin product on the breast. By the next morning, it was back to normal. After sharing this with my friend, she began relaying the story to those who were complaining about inflammation in the joints. Every one of them tried the topical application of pumpkin and had remarkable decreases in inflammation by the next morning in whatever joint they applied it to.

This story shows us the importance of thinking outside the box for our natural healing remedies. If a bursa is inflamed, an anti-inflammatory action is sought, and there are many ways to apply it. You could change your diet, add herbs, and add topical preparations of foods. For example, I could have also juiced a pumpkin and applied the pulp to an area of the body where there was inflammation.

Which ways will you use to decrease inflammation in your body today and calm down that subacromial bursa?
