Natural Erectile Dysfunction Remedies – An Emotional Approach
|
Lack of Desire
Even though it might be hard to admit, not being attracted to your partner can be a huge factor in not achieving an erection. However, it’s not too late to re-ignite the passion that you once had for the sweetheart of your youth.
* Do something non-sexual together – play cards or go for a walk, cook a meal or watch a movie
* Make a date night – plan something special that you can both anticipate during the week
* Think about your future – imagining where you will be with your partner in 5 or 10 years can increase your commitment
* Consider your partner’s feelings – offer her a hug, backrub or just allow her to vent can make both of you feel closer
Putting in a little effort outside the bedroom can reap serious rewards once you reconnect with your partner on an intimate level.
Get in the Mood
If you truly are ready to be intimate with your partner, there are a few things you can do to guarantee you’ll be on board when it’s time to “raise the sail”, so to speak. These may seem like silly little details, but they can be powerfully arousing on a subtle level, and what have you got to lose?
* Do a few hip circles – men often suffer from lack of movement in this area especially if they have been out of touch with feelings
* Sow your seed – make an infusion of oats and stinging nettle daily to promote virility
* Dim the lights – candle light, mood light, desk lamp with a scarf thrown over – creating ambiance counts
* Intimate Aromatherapy – try adding a few drops of Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, Rose, or Sandalwood essential oils to a diffuser or massage blend and let the intoxicating fragrance lead you
Now, I can already feel you squirming in your seats over all this, but exploring feelings can be a very revealing experience and can get you closer to realizing your “goal”. In my energy healing practice, I have helped many men release the emotional blocks that keep them from achieving an erection, and connect with themselves and their partners again.
