Anti Aging Remedies Should Also Include Brain Regeneration


3. Begin a Brain Stimulation Program

Brain stimulation methods of this decade involve playing fun games online that are specifically designed to boost brain functions. One of them, called Lumosity, has dozens of university research behind it and may even be used by those who have suffered from brain trauma – and found great results.

Playing the games for 30 minutes a day goes a long way to improving the way your brain functions. And because as you get older, you will tend to only have continual growth in the brain in areas you use most commonly, it makes sense to do something to stimulate the ‘sleepy’ areas of your brain. Don’t leave this suggestion out of your anti aging remedies strategy.


4. Include Crossword Puzzles

Crossword puzzles force you to focus and allow you to engage your vocabulary, memory and recall of words and definitions. They also call upon you to solve problems.

The more brain activity you can have going into the golden years, the better your ‘cognitive reserve’ is. It’s similar to having a reserve of cash for emergency situations. By working crossword puzzles, you’re banking brain word power for times when you’ll need it.


5. Deliberately Seek Paradigm Changes

Have you ever noticed that some people get to their older years and appear to still be thinking about life as if they were still teenagers? Life is about learning and the more you can learn, the more you’ll change.

What did you learn this week that allowed you to solve a problem or see a new way of thinking about something that contributes to changing your view on something? Seek out conversations with people who can give you insight into aspects of life you don’t know and understand.


6. Set Challenges for Yourself

Anti aging remedies must include the way you view life. By setting challenges for yourself, life becomes a lot different – it’s exciting and full of adventures. Make a list of things that you are sick and tired of. Then take each one of them, one by one and create strategies to do them better.

For example, if you hate cleaning your house, strategize on how your housework can be made easier. You’ll need to read some books on the topic first and then create your strategy afterwards.


Anti aging remedies must always include brain stimulation, growth and regeneration. If they don’t, all other remedies are less effective!
