Candida Diet Guidelines To Keep The Yeast In Check

Balancing Diet

* Aloe Vera Juice – has been shown to boost immune function

* Leafy Greens and Vegetables – helps balance intestinal flora and detoxify body

* Gluten-free grains – are often easier to digest and do not cause overgrowth

* Live Yogurt Cultures – boosts natural balance of digestive enzymes

* No sugarnatural food for Candida

* No alcohol – contributes to overgrowth of fungus and output of toxins

* Apple Cider Vinegar – stimulates bile production to help digestion

It may seem nearly impossible to manage this internal fungus that is necessary and potentially detrimental to your digestive health. When I dish out nutritional advice to my clients, I always ask them to notice how they feel for a few days before starting the new eating plan. Then keep track of what you eat and how you feel after meals for the next few days. There may be uncomfortable cravings, or you may feel the unpleasant effects of detox. Be patient.

Keep it up for a few more days and notice how you feel. Think about each symptom and rate it on a scale of 1-10. You may discover that you are feeling better than ever. Enjoy and remember that moment when temptation calls. Feeling great all day is usually a better reward than thirty seconds with a cupcake, and your stomach will thank you for it.
