How To Remove Cellulite Naturally – Remedies For The Home

* Make a topical herbal remedy to strengthen tissues and smooth your skin. Many high price remedies are nothing more than extracts of tea or coffee. Caffeine reduces the appearance of cellulite and tones the skin. Make a strong cup of black coffee. Do not use decaffeinated coffee. Add one cup of witch-hazel extract, an astringent. Combine one tablespoon each of comfrey root, horse chestnut, and hawthorn root. Simmer for twenty minutes, covered. Strain out and compost the herbs. Combine the coffee, witch hazel, and herb tea. Store in the refrigerator. Shake the solution before each use. Every night before bed, apply the cold solution to the affected areas. You may apply more frequently if desired. You may need to wear pajama bottoms to prevent staining. This blend tightens the skin, stimulates circulation and reduces inflammation. In addition, it acts as a tonic for the skin and blood vessels, and provides emollients to smooth the skin. The result is comfort, less pronounced cellulite and softer skin. Obtain the herbs through your local herb shop.

* Include warming herbs in your diet to enhance circulation. Ginger, cayenne, and black pepper are all warming herbs. Use herbs which aid detoxification. Dandelion leaf and root, burdock root, parsley, and yellow dock are excellent choices. You may consume them in any form that you desire. Check with your local herbalist or natural food store to obtain them. Follow the instructions provided by the herbalist or written on the label.

* Use the Ayurvedic practice of dry brushing and applying oil to your body prior to showering. Not only will the cellulite diminish, your skin will glow and be super soft. Purchase a body brush. Brush your entire body, except for your face. Use long strokes, aiming toward the heart. Pay special attention to the areas of cellulite. Use whatever base oil that you like. Untoasted sesame seed, avocado, grape seed or sweet almond oils are all excellent choices. To four ounces of oil, add five drops of lemon or grapefruit essential oil and 10 drops of rosemary oil. Massage a small amount all over your body, except your face. If you have oily hair, you may add it to your hair as well. Shower as usual. The benefits of this practice are immediate. With continued use, you will begin to see the connective tissue soften and have incredibly soft skin.

Implement these practices and before long you will feel more confident and your skin will look better. You may feel better all over as these natural remedies enhance the health and wellbeing of your mind, body, and spirit.
