2 tbsp. of freshly ground flaxseeds
1 cup of fresh fruits of your choice (pineapple, apple, pear)
3 tbsp. of Flax Oil
1-2 tbsp. of Milk
100 grams of Cottage Cheese
1 tsp. honey

Combine flaxseed with the fruits and mix the flax oil, milk and honey in a blender / hand blender. Gradually add cottage cheese and mix until you don’t see the oil anymore. You can also add some cinnamon or ginger to spice it up.
