Natural Cures For Cancer – A Survivor’s Perspective

If you are strong enough, try to implement a weekly sauna into your routine. While in the sauna, you will sweat profusely; deeply rooted toxins will be eliminated from your body. Many of these toxins are similar to hormones. Hormones are involved in many kinds of cancer, such as breast, prostate, and gynecological cancers. Do not take a sauna if you are weak due to aggressive treatments such as chemotherapy.

Use glass instead of plastic. Many plastics contain chemicals which leach into the food you eat.

Take a good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement daily. Use a supplement rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Try fish, krill, black current, evening primrose, hemp, borage, or flax seed oil.

Consider using a supplement of selenium. Selenium protects the kidneys and bone marrow during chemotherapy. Low levels of selenium have been linked to several kinds of cancer. A liquid form called Selensaff, made by Scientific Botanicals, is an excellent source.

Another helpful supplement is coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10). It aids in the removal of toxins from the body. It is especially important for people who are receiving the chemotherapy drug Adriamycin. Adriamycin can cause heart damage. CoQ10 offers protection to the heart from damage.

Reduce your exposure to electromagnetic fields. Electromagnetic fields are strong near power lines, televisions, and computers.

Avoid stress and learn how to cope with stress better.

Cancer can be cured or its progression slowed down by including natural remedies in your protocol. Be open to all solutions. Cancer is a systemic condition. Including remedies which destroy the cancer and help restore wellness and vitality is essential. I survived cancer using these methods.
