2 Ways Of Reducing High Blood Pressure Quickly

Of course, there’s a lot more to natural healing than taking a liver-cleansing herb for reducing high blood pressure. Once herbs for the liver are used, the liver begins clearing out the toxins from itself. However, if there’s no open route for these toxins to get out of the body, such as through the colon, then what happens is they end up re-circulating throughout the body. That’s when they’ll end up in your head and cause headache; in your joints and cause arthritis-like symptoms; and in your blood and cause fatigue and even flu-like symptoms.

This is the primary reason why taking an herb isn’t always the answer. You really need someone well-versed in the field to make these decisions for you and give you the right protocols. An herb is not a drug. It acts a lot differently in the body than a drug, even when reducing high blood pressure.

Use Nutrients for Reducing High Blood Pressure

Another way I’ve worked with patients in reducing high blood pressure is through proper nutrition. The most overlooked nutrient for the body is silica when it comes to arterial disease. Your blood vessels depend on silica for their elasticity. Thus, I recommend almost everyone I’m working with for the purpose of improving nutritional status (while reducing high blood pressure) to take diatomaceous earth. This is not the pool-grade or garden-grade diatomaceous earth. It’s the food grade one, which is also called food chemical grade.

One heaping tablespoon twice daily is the amount that seems to be effective at lowering blood pressure. Simply mix it into a glass of milk, cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of juice, or add it to your protein shake and then repeat each day. Diatomaceous earth is on the Generally Regarded as Safe List (GRAS) so there’s no toxicity to it. However, using the wrong type of diatomaceous earth is toxic. Always make sure you get food grade.

Artichoke and silica are two proven methods for reducing high blood pressure. Will they work for you? You won’t know until you try them.
