Diffuser Blend for Concentration
When you’re feeling weary or foggy-headed, the following blend can uplift your energy levels and focus rambling thoughts. Mix together in the bowl of a diffuser with a little spring water and let it fill the room with a clean, relaxing scent. It’s perfect for working at a computer, or doing repetitive tasks with ease and grace.
* Peppermint – 1 drop
* Rosemary – 4 drops
* Lavender – 2 drops
* Cedarwood – 1 drop
Bath Blend for Relaxation
At the end of a long day, a soothing blend of essential oils can take away your cares and renew your soul. Drop the following oils directly in your bathwater and swirl around to mix. Then sink in and let the relaxing and grounding effects of the oils set you up for a wonderful night’s sleep. Add some Epsom salts for a detoxifying boost that promotes relaxation as well.
* Roman Chamomile – 1 drop
* Lavender – 3 drops
* Clary Sage – 3 drops
* Vetiver – 1 drop
Topical Blend for Skin Healing
Essential oils are perhaps one of the best topical treatments to relieve swelling, soothe irritation and promote healing. They provide powerful anti-oxidants, and deliver nutrients to the cells while promoting circulation, all while killing bacteria. Blend the following therapeutic grade oils in a small amount of almond oil and apply liberally to affected areas several times a day to promote healing and minimize scarring.
* Patchouli – 1 drop
* Tea Tree – 3 drops
* Lavender – 3 drops
* Roman Chamomile – 1 drop
I have seen the healing effects of essential oils work their magic both personally and professionally. Relieving headaches, healing burns, clearing coughs and lifting depression are just a few of the amazing results that my clients and family members have had with these precious potions.
It seems like there is nothing that essential oils can’t deal with, from head to toe, heart to soul. With consistent use, I promise that you will see dramatic healing, while letting go of major amounts of stress. And you’ll smell lovely too – a nice side effect, don’t you think?
