Free Juicing Recipes For Anti-Inflammation, The Prostate And Emotional Stability

Prostate Support

Lycopene is the friend of anyone with prostate cancer. Tomatoes are a great source of lycopene. Beta-carotene reduces the risk of developing prostate cancer, and CoQ10 has been found to extend the life expectancy of those with prostate cancer. Carrots and pumpkin are high in beta-carotene and spinach provides a little bit of plant CoQ10.

When the prostate is not healthy, one of the least things you should do is make sure you are not constipated. Constipation increases the number of toxins in the area of the prostate. In a clinical study I ran several years ago, I found that men who cleaned out their colon had reduced symptoms with their prostate enlargement. Chili peppers can provide enough stimulation to the colon to do this.

Ingredients
3 tomatoes
3 big handfuls spinach
3 carrots
1/4 medium hot chili pepper, de-seeded
1/2 lemon

Directions
Juice all ingredients. Mix before serving.

Mental High Juice

In order to feel better emotionally, you need to be grounded psychologically. Spinach is excellent for providing the B vitamins needed for you to feel grounded and emotionally stable. However, dark leafy vegetables can’t be juiced by themselves; their chlorophyll content is too high and their nutrient density too great to handle. They must be diluted.

Ingredients
3 big handfuls spinach
1 apple
3 carrots
1 small 1/4 inch piece of ginger
1/2 lemon

Directions
Juice all ingredients, starting with the ginger. Ginger and lemon can be quite rough on your juicer so use the carrots to drive them through the juicer easier.

These free juicing recipes will get you started. But don’t stop with them. There are plenty of others you can create that will help you reverse health issues.
