How To Cure Diabetes Naturally – An Expert’s Treatment Protocol

From a natural perspective, the process of how to cure diabetes is actually quite straightforward. However, it’s a lot different than the medical perspective, which is centered on management of the diabetes, not reversal of the diabetes.

In fact, what medical doctors will tell you stories about their patients with diabetes who ended up so healthy that they didn’t need their Metformin? It doesn’t happen very often, unless the medical doctor has a strong interest in natural healing through nutrition.

Instead, medical doctors will tell you stories of diabetics who ended up with blindness, cataracts, peripheral neuropathy, wounds that became infected and caused amputations, kidney disease leading to dialysis, and heart disease leading to a heart attack. This is the result of managing diabetes, and as you can see, management of the disease really isn’t possible. You have to work hard enough, learning the process of how to cure diabetes and never stop until you reach your goal. You need strong determination and will power, and it can be done.

So what is this process of how to cure diabetes naturally?

For the past 20 years, I’ve worked with diabetics who have reversed their illness. Here’s the process I use:


Dietary Changes for How to Cure Diabetes

1. Begin by altering carbohydrates in the diet. Lower them to only 30 to 40 grams per meal. This is the equivalent of one slice of bread and one-half cup of a starchy vegetable or a fruit. Of course, the rest of your meal is composed of meat (protein food), and non-starchy vegetables.

2. Your goal for every meal is as follows: protein makes up 40 to 50% of the plate of food, non-starchy vegetables are 35 to 50% of the plate, and starchy vegetables or fruit makes up only 15% of the plate.

3. Cooking with butter is allowed. Cooking with coconut oil or olive oil is also acceptable.

4. Eliminate all the processed foods from your diet. Box them up and donate them to those who may eat them or simply throw them out. This includes foods made with white or wheat flour and those with sugar or high fructose corn syrup. Any foods with sugar substitutes of any kind should also go.

5. Stock your freezer and refrigerator with pasture-fed and naturally raised beef, chickens and lamb. Obtain heritage turkeys at Thanksgiving for the entire year as well.

6. Obtain natural eggs from farmers that don’t feed grain to their chickens, especially soy.

7. Stock your refrigerator vegetable drawers with all low Glycemic index foods. These will include vegetables such as lettuce, carrots, onions, zucchini, leeks, hot peppers, spinach, parsley, cilantro, okra, kale, garlic, bell peppers, and others with low Glycemic Indexes.

8. Remove the vegetable oils from your cabinets and refrigerator. This includes soy oil, vegetable oil, canola oil, hemp oil, sesame seed oil, and almond oil.

9. Eat three meals daily and add a snack of a piece of low Glycemic Index fruit in between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner.

10. Eat your meals before 6 p.m.
