Candida Diet Recipes Plus Warfare With Probiotics And Antifungal Herbs


Healing of the intestinal lining is essential whenever there’s a Candida yeast infection. I’ve used slippery elm (about 1 heaping tablespoon) twice daily mixed with water and had good results in about a month. Some patients have preferred to add it in applesauce with cinnamon, and that also works well.

Candida diet recipes using these three foods would be easy to prepare. Here are a few guidelines how to get started:


* Whenever sautéing or broiling foods, add onions and garlic.

* Don’t be afraid to juice onions and garlic! This is one of the most potent ways to include these foods in your diet. While juicing a few tomatoes, add a few cloves of garlic, 1/2 onion or three pearl onions, and why not throw in a few radishes? * Cook your morning eggs in coconut oil instead of other oils.
