Free Colon Cleanse Recipe – Herbal Formulas For A Good Detox

The herb that retrains the bowel is Cascara sagrada. If you had all the other ingredients but not the Cascara sagrada, the formula wouldn’t work. Some people think this herb is a laxative but it’s not. It’s a bowel re-trainer that sends the message to the colon that it has to start performing regularly from now on.

You’ll notice that the herb senna is not included in this formula. That’s because senna acts like a laxative. In one sense, you can think of senna as a colon cleanse because it’s moving out the contents of the colon, but in another sense, you can’t because your body becomes dependent on the herb to move the colon. A good colon cleanse recipe should support the body so that the organ itself can do the functioning without it later. And that’s not what senna does at all. Don’t use any free colon cleanse recipes that include senna.

Free Colon Cleanse Recipe with Aloe Vera

You could make your own colon cleanse recipe with aloe vera juice. The one that I find works best with my clients is George’s aloe vera. This one tastes like distilled water and has no smell or bitter aftertaste either. Aloe vera acts on the smooth muscles of the intestinal tract to get the colon to move its contents.

Here’s a sample recipe of a colon cleanse recipe made with aloe vera juice:

* 4 ounces George’s aloe vera juice
* 1 teaspoon chlorophyll

As you can see, it’s a simple recipe. The aloe vera juice gets the smooth muscles of the colon working again while the chlorophyll is a deodorizer and an oxygenator of the tissues. With this formula, you have regeneration and restoration. That’s why it would count as a colon cleanse.
