Ischial Bursitis – Don’t Stop Your Protocols Until You’re Completely Healed

Don’t Forget Your Nutritional Supplements

Nutrition always plays an important role in the recovery plan of any connective disorder, such as any condition that affects the muscles, joints, bones, tendons, or ligaments. Strengthening them involves providing all the nutrients needed for their fast recovery – and they must be provided in amounts enough to heal, not just standard amounts for everyday use.

The most important nutrients to add are antioxidants vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D and CoEnzyme Q10; minerals calcium, magnesium, germanium, zinc, silica, and selenium; and B vitamins.

The antioxidants will scavenge free radicals that are contributing to inflammation. The magnesium will directly attack the inflammation. Germanium will oxygenate the tissues, and when there’s plenty of oxygen, there’s no need for pain. Silica strengthens all the connective tissue surrounding joints. And the other nutrients fill in the gaps, as nutrients have to be balanced in order to make nutrition therapy work.

The best way to get all the nutrients is to work with a nutritionist who can create a complete plan of what your body needs. There’s never a one-plan-fits-all for any disorder.

By now, you should realize that you have a lot of hope for your recovery from ishial bursitis. Don’t stop the treatment plan until you are thoroughly and completely healed.
