Below are some good juice recipes that you can drink during your detox. Changing just a few ingredients, you can easily mix many of these following recipes. For example, instead of apples, you can use pears; if you prefer broccoli over cabbage, then swap them around.
Garlic juice

2 large handfuls of spinach
Half a cup of cabbage
3 carrots
1 garlic clove
Berry juice
Half a grapefruit
15 grapes
1 apple
1 and half a cup of blueberries

1 tsp wheatgrass powder

If you don’t want to do the whole 5 day detox diet with just juice recipes, you do have alternatives that you can eat without risking your detox. For example, as lunch, you could have a green salad with lots of green vegetables – just remember not to indulge in salad dressing.
Even though it is recommended that you refrain from animal meat, nutrition specialist Cathy Wong suggests eating salmon won’t be harmful to your detox. Wong also suggests adding some flaxseeds to your salads, or even juices, as these provide key nutrients in healthy omega-3 fats and acids. The key point is to eat raw and fresh produce and keep a good eye on vitamin intake. Healthy fibers must be included and different nuts for example are great additions to your 5 day detox diet.
