How To Get Pregnant When You Have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Or PCOS

4. Eat a healthy diet with plenty of vegetables, meat, poultry, fish, nuts and seeds, butter and other good fats, and fruit

Healthy fats are essential for the development of hormones and the production of new life. Healthy fats does not mean vegetable oil, corn oil, safflower oil, soybean oil, or other seed or plant oils. Instead, it means coconut oil, olive oil, and butter.

5. Include healthy A2 milk

A2 milk refers to the casein structure in milk. Some A2 milks include sheep milk, goat milk, buffalo milk, yak milk and camel milk. Regular cow’s milk, when produced by Holstein cows, is A1 milk, directly linked to the production of degenerative diseases. Switching to A2 milk can increase fertility.

6. Include adaptogenic herbs in your diet

Adaptogenic herbs such as ashwaganda, maca and ginseng have the ability to restore homeostasis in the body. If your blood pressure is high or low, these herbs can contribute to normalizing it. By normalizing multiple body functions, all types of changes can occur in those with PCOS.

7. Add two heaping tablespoons green powder mix to your diet daily

The medicinal constituents in green powder are health restorers. Spirulina increases absorption of chromium in the body. This ends up helping with blood sugar regulation, which is a big concern in those with PCOS. Alfalfa is high in just about every known mineral.

8. Ensure that your protein levels are adequate

Without enough protein in the diet, the level of carbohydrates and fats increases. With high carbohydrates in the diet, you’ll end up with an insulin reaction, which stores fat in the body. This would end up making PCOS worse. With too much fat in the diet, you’ll end up gaining weight, which also can make PCOS worse.

9 Ensure adequate levels of all nutrients

Every PCOS sufferer – just like every person – needs to correct their vitamin and mineral deficiencies. This will be accomplished by a comprehensive nutrient level scanning test. I use a hair analysis test and combine the results with other tests such as the total protein level, albumin, total cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol, fasting blood sugar level, hemoglobin A1c and more.

You can overcome the poor odds that you’ll get pregnant when you have PCOS by changing your diet and making all these changes in the list. Give yourself about six months to see results.
