Restore the proper balance of nutrients in the body. This may take about six months; however, the effects are felt progressively over this time period. People with bursitis and arthritis vary in their pain levels; some have a lot of pain while others have very little. 4. Take two heaping tablespoons of diatomaceous earth (food-grade) in water, milk, protein shake or juice daily. This provides silica, which works fast for all connective tissue healing.

5. Check specifically for a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium deficiency causes inflammation in the body to go rampant. Adding a capsule of 400 to 500 mg a day can make a big difference quickly.
