* 2 red onions, roughly chopped
* 2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped
* 1 fennel bulb
* 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds

* 1 cabbage

You can freely enjoy as much of this snack during the day as you feel like.
The most important thing during this cleanse is to stop eating after 7pm. You also need to keep drinking a lot of water during the liver detox diet. You can try adding some herbal teas to your liquid intake; for instance, dandelion root tea is recommended by Dr Oz.

* 2 large cucumbers
