The Easiest Way To Kidney Detox

Herbal Cleanses are the Easiest

The easiest kidney detox you can do is an herbal one. For years, I’ve been using Dr. Christopher’s Kidney Cleanse Formula with my patients. All that needs to be done is to take two herbal capsules three times daily. The herb capsules contain juniper berry, parsley root, marshmallow root, goldenseal root, uva ursi leaf, lobelia and ginger.

Juniper berry and parsley are two very specific herbs for the kidney. Herbs aren’t miscellaneous plants that are used randomly by herbalists. Each herb has a list of sometimes up to 10 different functions that it does in the body. Some herbs will strengthen and maintain the tissues of the kidneys while others act on the reproductive organs, the lungs, digestive system, pancreas, or liver.

Juniper berry stimulates the kidneys to produce more urine and has been used in cases where there’s a weak bladder or prolapse or when there is retention of the urine. It’s especially helpful in the elderly with aging changes that cause a lack of tone in the different body tissues, including the bladder and kidney. Traditionally, juniper berry has been used in Bright’s disease, which is chronic nephritis.

Herbalists have used parsley specifically for kidney disorders for centuries. Specifically, it’s helpful in cases of void urine, bladder stones, kidney infections and overall kidney function.

Uva ursi strengthens and tones the mucus membranes of the urinary tract. It also dissolves kidney stones.

The other herbs in the formula help assist the body with other types of kidney disorders. For example, goldenseal root is perfect if there’s an infection that is occurring in the urinary tract. Ginger is anti-inflammatory, and lobelia simply directs the other herbs in the formula to go to the kidney to get busy.

A kidney detox formula should be used for six weeks. In this amount of time, you’ll be able to give the kidney cells the support, strength and nutrients they need to regenerate themselves.
